Begin by scheduling a free discovery call to explore how the program can be tailored to help you achieve your goals.

Each week you will be committing to watching a 1-hour video and doing a combined total of 15 minutes per day of guided practice in the Positive Intelligence app, designed exclusively for this program. However, it’s important to remember that the more time and effort you invest in the program, the greater the results you’ll achieve in overcoming your saboteurs.

At the end of the six-week program, there are two options. 

  1. Continue using the exclusive PQ App for up to 12 months from the initial start date of the program at no additional cost. This enables you to finish the book, track your daily PQ reps and continue using the PQ gym or talk to Lauryn about joining the GROW program, which includes all the same benefits as option one, along with additional weekly materials to advance your PQ practice to the next level.

How the Program Works

Designed like a mental fitness boot camp, the PQ Program combines weekly video sessions with daily app-guided practices that gives you the insights, motivation, and structure to boost your 3 core mental fitness muscles, in as little as 15 minutes a day for 6 weeks.

Weekly Training Sessions

Each week you will join Shirzad Chamine in a highly engaging session (approx. 60 minutes) you will be guided through experiential exercises that deepen and personalize your understanding of the mental fitness tools. You will leave inspired and energized for the week’s daily practices.

Weekly Live Group Coaching

Lauryn Girgenti, your PQ coach will facilitate supportive weekly group coaching calls for your pod to support you to master the program content. You will have the chance to ask questions, receive insight and reflect on your practice. Participants who complete the program with a small support group of 3-5 people have a 500% greater success rate, and it provides an opportunity to encourage each other in your journeys.

Exclusive Positive Intelligence App

Exclusive Positive Intelligence App 

Through the personalized companion application, available exclusively to program participants, each day you will receive a different Daily Focus and three Coach Challenges to complete throughout the day to help you integrate PQ into your life. This forms your 15 minutes of daily practice.

Interactive PQ Gym

Just like you go to the gym to build your physical fitness, the PQ gym is available in the app and offers 2 – 12 minutes exercises to help you build your mental fitness through innovative 10-second PQ reps focused on building the mental fitness muscles required to shift from Saboteur to Sage and be calm and clear-headed even in the midst of challenges.

Daily Progress Tracking

With daily progress tracking and encouraging tips, you can use the app to track your progress again the minimum targets required to create new neural pathways and develop lasting positive habits. Once you complete the program you will have access to the app for 12 months to continue building your mental fitness. 

Program Outline

Week 1:
Boost Your
Self-Command Muscle.

Learn and practice the innovative 10-second PQ reps that boost your self-command. This enables YOU to rule over your brain rather than being run by your Saboteur-hijacked mind. Self command is one of the three core muscles of mental fitness and is key to intercepting unhelpful mental habits and rewiring your brain to respond more effectively.

Week 2:
Intercept the
Judge Saboteur

Identify, Intercept, and weaken the most damaging Saboteur – your internal Judge. You will begin to observe how judging yourself, others, and circumstances is a key source of your stress and how this impacts your performance, well-being, and relationships. You will discover that your Judge is far more prevalent and damaging than you suspect.

Week 3:
Intercept your Accomplish Saboteurs

Your judge saboteur doesn’t work alone it is aided by ‘accomplice’ saboteurs. Review the results of your Saboteur Assessment and see which accomplices are highest for you so that you can begin to intercept and weaken their power.

Week 4:
Shift from
Saboteur to Sage

With your top two accomplice Saboteurs weakened, it is time to strengthen your inner leader – The Sage, who is the superhero and antidote to your Saboteurs. Your Sage lives in an entirely different part of your brain to your saboteurs and generates all your positive emotions and achieves peak performance through a calm and clear mind.

Week 5:
Boost the
Sage Powers

Learn about the 5 primary powers administered by your Sage brain. These five powers recombine to form all of the emotional intelligence competencies considered to be crucial to professional success.

Week 6:
Take Clear,
Laser Focused Action

In the final week of the program use the five Sage powers to take clear-headed, laser-focused, decisive action. Apply the Navigate power by aligning your deeper sense of meaning and purpose with your actions and use the Activate power to act without fear or emotional distractions even in the midst of great crises.

Bonus:
Sustain the Momentum

Now that you’ve completed the six-week foundations program, in this bonus session you will learn how to sustain the momentum and continue using your PQ tools for a variety of work and life applications.
